Payment Processing

Payments are processed at checkout. To keep transactions secure, be advised that we require that you use your own payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse transactions that we deem non-secure or may be fraudulent.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, we know that mistakes are sometimes unavoidable. If there are issues with damaged goods or spoilage with your order, feel free to contact our support team at support@thesavvynanay.com and we will be more than happy to make it right.

Order Processing

Savvy Nanay ships from Kentucky, USA to all 50 US states. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days except holidays and weekends. 

Shipping

Standard shipping applies for order totals under $60, before taxes and fees.

Free Shipping applies to order totals of $60 and above before taxes and fees.

We ship USPS Priority with tracking and insurance provided unless otherwise required to ship using other carrier methods. We will reach out to you if there is a need to make changes to the shipping method and the applicable fees, if any.

We currently only ship dry goods.

Wrong Shipping Information

Savvy Nanay delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order and will not responsible for incorrect information provided to us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We strived to provide you with the best and timely business. Unless the order has not been completed yet, we will not be able to process cancellations.
